"Excellent food, very good service. The tartare is amazing and can’t go wrong with the menu. Would strongly recommend for a date night or group outing. Will definitely be back for the delicious food!.”

"It was an elevated Korean dining experience. The presentation of the food was all modern and clean having it be pleasing to look at before you even try the food. The menu has a good selection where it’s not overwhelming but just enough where it seems like they are confident of what they offer. All the food was rich in flavor and makes me want to come back with more people so that I can try more stuff out. Overall great service with outstanding flavors."

"Had an amazing meal here. We ordered the beef tartare, kalbi, and pollock roe noodles, and every dish was outstanding. The beef tartare was incredibly fresh and well-seasoned, with great texture and balance. The kalbi was perfectly marinated — tender, juicy, and caramelized just right. The pollock roe noodles were such a standout — creamy, savory, and packed with umami without being too heavy. Everything tasted high quality and thoughtfully prepared. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to."

"Loved our first visit to this brand-new Korean restaurant! We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. Every dish we tried had refined umami, great textures, and a wonderful aroma. Highlights: • The Seaweed Pollock Egg Noodle was divine for seafood lovers. • Try the Beef Tartare and Perilla Oil Buckwheat Noodle together — they pair really well. • The Beef Tartare was especially well-crafted: pistachio adds an earthy, nutty depth, while pear (like Korean yookhoe) and a yogurt-like sauce refreshingly balance the richness. I also loved how they reimagined popular Korean dishes. Each one keeps the core of the original, but adds a twist that fits local tastes — unlike some “fusion” spots where it just feels like another cuisine with a hint of Korean sauce. Really excited to see what this restaurant creates and shares next!"

"We had a great experience at Paran Korean Grill. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jeyuk is my favorite Korean food, and I used to eat it all the time when I lived in Korea; I’ve missed it so much. I was really happy to find a place that makes it so well. We’ll definitely be returning!"

"Paran was a pleasant surprise when I first went there with a group of friends. One friend had already been and could validate it's a good place - and it sure was. We ordered quite a number of things including the galbi (of course), the rose chicken, the perilla noodles, the spicy noodles, and the salad. Friends got drinks too and they loved them. I went back a few weeks later to take my husband. And I think I'll be back again and again!"

"Girl I didn't even know they only had 15 servings of beef tartare.... Thank god I was hungry and I got there the second they opened. And the Beef tartare was bussin'- sesame oil forward and beautiful! Paran is cute little tight spot on a busy corner of Fremont. We went there on Fri and it deffo filled up pretty quick after we got seated. The cocktails were delish. The matcha one was earthy with just the right amount of zing. I got the pollack roe udon and my friend got the gochujang udon, and they are both creamy spicy flavorbombs. We stuffed ourselves silly and I would for sure comeback for nice casual evening dinner."

"I have seen this restaurant all over social media and had to check it out. For drinks, we ordered Grapefruit and Yuzu Ade. Yuzu ade was my favorite. The tart yuzu paired well with the and cut through the heavy dishes during the dinner. For food, we ordered Beef tartare, Chili oil tteokobiki, Paran Gal-bi, and Seaweed pollack roe. Every dish was so delicious and cooked to perfection. My favorite dishes were Beef tartare and the Paran Gal-bi. The Beef tartare had a wonderful texture and the crunch of the pistachio paired perfectly. The Paran Gal-bi was soft and tender. I loved the lettuce and the grilled mushrooms that accompanied it. I wish there were more side vegetables. All the dishes had great proportions for their price. I will add that the service was wonderful. They always checked in to make sure if we needed anything and to make sure the food was cooked thoroughly. Truly worth the social media recognition. Can't wait to come back to try different dishes."
